MOBILE SALES SYSTEM
A Windows Mobile-based system that has significantly shortened the sales and delivery cycle and reduced paperwork overload. It allows salespersons to obtain the latest price and inventory information from a centralized database, create orders, and transmit client orders back to the centralized database. Works in offline mode, connecting through web services when data synchronization is required. Built for a renowned auto parts distributor.
  SPEAKERS TRACKING SYSTEM
Award-winning web-based system for planning and tracking educational and promotional activities for a major pharmaceutical corporation. It automates several processes and has allowed for better compliance with government and corporate policies. The system includes functionality to automatically notify users when business-critical events occur.
In the GlaxoSmithKline World Congress of Medical Directors in 2006, this software was selected among the top three worldwide projects and recognized with a Special Award.
SEO
The first government-sponsored public web system for helping people find jobs and for employers to post open positions. The system offers both types of users the ability to create detailed profiles and is able to perform automatic matching of candidates to open positions based on a variety of profile information. Also includes several types of alerts to employers about new candidates for their positions and to candidates about new open positions. For administrators, the system includes graphical reports that classify the types of open jobs and the education and experience of registered candidates.
  Sistema Electrónico de Respuesta Rápida
Web-based system for managing all information related to the support services that the government of Puerto Rico gives to companies that close operations and to their dislocated workers. It gathers extensive company and worker profiles, manages service schedules, and provides statistical reports. Also, it contains a subsystem to generate resumés for the workers based on their profiles and for supporting the relocation of workers. Finally, it offers a seamless integration with the government’s "Sistema Integrado de Administración de Clientes WIA" system (see below).
WIA Client Management
Web-based, case-management system for clients of the Workforce Information Act. Built to comply with federal data-gathering requirements, including a sophisticated performance analysis subsystem. Serves users in all 78 municipalities of Puerto Rico.
This system has been operational for 6 years, and in 2007 went through a complete rewrite, in which new federal requirements were integrated and new technology was used.
  DOWNLOAD INSURANCE INFORMATION
Web-based system for health-care organizations that participate in the government’s health plan. It allows them to download client data in a variety of formats for inclusion in their own proprietary systems. Users submit customized data requests and are notified by email when their requests have been fulfilled.
NEWSAM (HEALTH REFORM SYSTEM)
A state-of-the-art system, NewSAM replaces key functionality in the current Sistema de Asistencia Médica (SAM) that runs on a legacy mainframe system with a modern, web-services-based system. A powerful data-integration engine maintains legacy and new databases synchronized in real time. The system offers separate user interfaces for government personnel and for the staff of the insurance companies that participate in the government’s health reform program. It has so far processed more than 500,000 transactions.
The software architecture of this system is distributed (5 layers) and runs on 4 tiers of servers.
  PROYECTO ENLACE
Web-based system for collecting and analyzing information about homeless people. Custom-developed for Fundación Chana y Samuel Levis, this system serves about 30 shelters and other direct-service organizations. It complies with federal HUD data-gathering requirements and policies.
